Isometrix 5×3 is a workout companion for isometric (static-hold) training. Pick an exercise, configure your sets and reps, and let the app guide you through each hold and break with spoken voice cues — all while a curated music radio keeps you moving and lets you tip the artists with Bitcoin Lightning.

• Three difficulty levels — Beginner, Moderate, and Expert, each with a set of isometric exercises (planks, wall sits, glute bridges, split squats, handstand leans, and more).
• Per-exercise breakdowns — tap any exercise to expand a full guide: Setup, Execution, Cues, Common mistakes, and Safety notes. Expansion and selection are independent actions.
• Include / exclude exercises — check or uncheck exercises to build your own list per level. Choices are saved between sessions.
• Configurable session — set the number of sets, reps per set, hold seconds, and break seconds.

• Set start countdown — “Begin in 5 seconds…”
• Per-rep announcements — the voice calls out each rep (“Rep 1”, “Rep 2”, …) and counts the hold down out loud.
• Silent prep buffers — a 5-second silent window after each cue so you can get into position before the visual countdown begins.
• “Break” announcements between reps with their own prep buffer.
• Powered by the native device text-to-speech engine on mobile (reliable on Android via Capacitor) with a WebView fallback on the web.

• Curated playlist blending electronic, hip-hop, and rock from Wavlake’s charts, shuffled fresh each session.
• Fixed bottom mini-player — play / pause / skip without extra scrolling; tap to expand a full drawer with the playlist and now-playing art.
• Music keeps playing during workouts and automatically ducks its volume while voice cues play, so announcements always cut through.
• ⚡ Lightning Boosts — tip the artist directly over Lightning (21 / 100 / 500 / 1000 sats). Pays via Nostr Wallet Connect (NWC), a browser WebLN extension, or by handing the invoice off to a Lightning wallet app installed on your phone. Sats go straight to the artist — the app never custodies funds.

• 15 premium exercises (5 per level) grouped into 5 purchasable packs — each pack adds one new exercise to Beginner, Moderate, and Expert.
• Shop page to browse and buy packs. Premium exercises stay hidden from the picker until their pack is unlocked.

  • Android: in-app purchase via Google Play Billing ($0.99/pack), with a Restore purchases button.

• Every session is saved locally — whether it finishes or is stopped early.
• A History page shows summary stats (total sessions, total time under tension, day streak) and a list of recent sessions, including the actual reps and sets completed (not just what was configured).
• Export to CSV to open your history in Google Sheets, Excel, or any spreadsheet app.

• A dedicated Videos page with YouTube tutorial thumbnails for the exercises you’ve unlocked (all free + purchased packs).
• Videos open externally in the browser or YouTube app — never embedded. Locked premium videos stay hidden until purchased.
